Scope of Agreement
This Privacy and Security Agreement (‘Agreement’) governs the collection, processing, and protection of personal data by Lux Voyage Antalya (‘Company’). Passengers using the Company’s services are deemed to accept these terms.
Data Collection
- The Company collects the Passenger’s name, contact details, transfer points, and payment information for service provision.
- Data collection complies with applicable privacy laws.
Data Use
- Collected data is used for booking confirmation, service delivery, and communication.
- Passenger data is not shared with third parties except for legal or service-related requirements.
Security Measures
- The Company implements advanced technical and administrative measures to protect personal data.
- Complete security cannot be guaranteed in cases of cyberattacks.
Data Retention Period
Personal data is stored for the duration required by service and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Passenger Rights
- Passengers may request updates or deletion of their data.
- Passengers can request a copy of their data from the data controller.
Insurance and Liability
The Company is not liable for accidents, damages, or losses during the service. Passengers are responsible for obtaining insurance.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the transfer are non-refunded.
- Changes or cancellations must be notified by the Passenger.
- Prepaid refunds are valid only for cancellations made 10 days prior to the booking.
Agreement Changes
The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement. Changes are communicated to Passengers, and continued use implies acceptance.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Antalya courts have jurisdiction.
