Membership Conditions

Introduction

This Membership Conditions (‘Agreement’) governs the rights and obligations between Lux Voyage Antalya (‘Company’) and its members (‘Member’). Membership implies acceptance of these terms.

Membership Criteria

• Members must be over 18 and provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.
• The Company reserves the right to accept or reject membership applications.

Membership Benefits

• Members enjoy exclusive discounts, campaigns, and priority booking.
• The Company may modify or remove benefits without prior notice.

Member Obligations

• Members must keep contact and payment information up to date.
• Members must comply with Company policies and service instructions.
• Membership details must not be shared with third parties.

Membership Fees

• Membership fees, if applicable, are non-refunded and paid per Company policy.
• The Company may adjust fees, with members notified in advance.

Membership Cancellation

• Members may cancel their membership by contacting the Company.
• The Company may terminate memberships for policy violations.

Liabilities

The Company is not liable for losses or injuries during service use. Members are responsible for personal safety and insurance.

Data Protection

• The Company processes member data in compliance with privacy laws.
• Members may request access to or deletion of their data.

Condition Changes

The Company may update this Agreement, with changes communicated to members.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Antalya courts have jurisdiction.
