Passenger Transport and Service Agreement

Parties to the Agreement

This Passenger Transport and Service Agreement (‘Agreement’) is made between Lux Voyage Antalya (‘Company’) and the service recipient (‘Passenger’). It outlines the rights and obligations related to the Company’s transfer services.

Service Description

The Company commits to transporting the Passenger from the designated starting point to the destination in luxurious and safe vehicles.

Agreement Duration

This Agreement remains in effect until the service is completed unless terminated early by either party. The Company will ensure timely service delivery.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• Company’s Obligations:
• The Company commits to transporting the Passenger safely and on time.
• The Company provides a luxurious and comfortable experience.
• Vehicles undergo regular maintenance for safety and comfort.
• The Company handles luggage with care but is not liable for loss or damage except in cases of gross negligence.
• Passenger’s Obligations:
• The Passenger must comply with the Company’s safety and service rules.
• The Passenger is responsible for timely payment of the service fee.
• The Passenger is responsible for the security of personal belongings.

Service Fee and Payment Terms

• The Passenger agrees to pay the service fee set by the Company, which varies based on distance, vehicle type, and service scope.
• Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or other accepted methods.
• Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer; otherwise, refunds may not be issued.
• The Passenger must inform the Company of any changes to the travel plan in advance.

Privacy Policy

The Company keeps the Passenger’s personal information confidential and uses it solely for service provision. Information is not shared with third parties without consent.

Insurance and Liabilities

• The Passenger is responsible for obtaining insurance for accidents or losses during the journey.
• The Company is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.
• The Company is not responsible for damages except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government interventions.

Termination of Agreement

• The Company may terminate the Agreement if the Passenger breaches its terms.
• The Passenger may terminate the Agreement with written notice if dissatisfied, but must pay for services rendered.

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved amicably, with Antalya courts having jurisdiction if unresolved.

Validity

This Agreement takes effect upon booking and is binding for both parties.
